Accessibility
Career guidance should be usable by more people.
DHAF aims for a clear, keyboard-friendly and readable public and client experience. Last reviewed 3 August 2026.
Our approach
The website and protected client portal use WCAG 2.2 Level AA as the working benchmark, including semantic headings, keyboard navigation, visible focus, sufficient contrast, reduced-motion support, form labels and language-specific pages.
What is supported
- English and Dutch pages with the language identified in the document.
- Keyboard access to navigation, links, forms and portal controls.
- Responsive layouts for zoomed, mobile and desktop views.
- Text alternatives or accessible names for meaningful controls.
- No essential information conveyed by colour alone.
Known limitation
Dense application, document and invoice tables may require horizontal scrolling on smaller screens. Hosted checkout and the transactional email used for secure access are also subject to those providers’ accessibility implementations when used.
