Website, portal & service terms
Clear boundaries before career work begins.
These terms cover the public website and protected client ERP. Effective 4 August 2026. Version 2026-08-04-dhaf-email-access-v4.
1. Operator and activation status
DHAF Career Intelligence is operated by Marwan Alkateb in the Netherlands. Verified trade-registration, tax, visiting-address and commercial contact details must be published before live paid services are accepted. Public forms are non-binding. DHAF works with no more than eight active client places at once. A public enquiry or submitted onboarding does not reserve a place; a client workspace becomes active only after verified email access, private-code onboarding, DHAF review and a recorded capacity decision.
2. Personal account access
Portal access is personal and linked to a verified email identity. Each secure link is time-limited and one-use; the resulting session expires automatically. Do not forward access links or share a signed-in device. DHAF may suspend access for security, misuse, legal obligations or an ended relationship. Suspected unauthorized access should be reported promptly.
3. How a paid agreement is formed
A paid agreement exists only when DHAF provides a written service order identifying the provider and client, exact scope, total price and tax treatment, timetable, stages, withdrawal information and applicable terms, and the client accepts that snapshot in the portal. A service request is not checkout or acceptance.
4. Scope and factual responsibility
DHAF may analyse, organise, translate, compress and tailor verified information. The client remains responsible for complete and accurate facts, final-material review and the decision to apply. DHAF does not invent experience, change formal employment facts or contact an employer without an expressly recorded client authorization.
5. Records and documents
The ERP may store profile information, verified facts, drafts, approved materials, tasks, messages, applications, matches, orders, invoices and PDF/DOCX files. Files are quarantined and released only after a clean scan. Prohibited sensitive, encrypted, macro-enabled, archived or confidential third-party files must not be uploaded.
6. Vacancies, AI and outcomes
Each published match should identify a source and verification time, but employers may later change or close a role. Optional AI drafting requires separate consent, uses approved facts only and remains subject to human and client review. DHAF does not guarantee an interview, offer, salary or job.
7. Prices, stages and checkout
Published amounts are standard-scope prices. The accepted order snapshot controls the final total, scope, tax treatment and installments. Interest-free stages are payments for service phases, not lending. Stripe checkout, when enabled, is hosted by Stripe; only a verified webhook can mark an invoice paid. Test checkout creates no real charge.
8. Withdrawal and starting early
A consumer distance-service agreement normally includes a 14-day withdrawal period. A live agreement must provide the required information and model form. DHAF starts within that period only after the required express request; proportionate payment may then be due for work already performed. The public /withdrawal route remains available.
9. Confidentiality and permitted use
DHAF does not make client files public or share them with an employer without a clear client instruction. The client may use final paid materials for their personal job search. DHAF retains its underlying methods, templates and general know-how.
10. Availability, complaints and law
DHAF uses proportionate safeguards but cannot promise uninterrupted or risk-free availability. Complaints can be sent through /contact. DHAF provides career support, not legal, immigration, tax, medical or investment advice. Dutch law applies without removing mandatory consumer rights. Changes do not retroactively alter an accepted order.
