Observe the decisions
Recruiter reactions, interviews, rejections and Dutch cultural signals became structured inputs.
Protected client service: DHAF reviews every account and service start before work begins.
About DHAF
DHAF was created by Marwan Alkateb from lived experience in the Dutch job market—not from a theory about what candidates should do.
The beginning
Marwan’s career crossed finance, payments, operations, supply chain and transformation in several countries. Each part was factual and valuable, but together they could look broad, difficult to place or too complex for a recruiter’s first review.
He did not need a more impressive story. He needed a more disciplined way to show the true one: the right evidence, in the right language, for the right decision-maker and vacancy.
“I wanted a system that would protect the truth of a career while making its value immediately understandable.”
From private method to public service
Recruiter reactions, interviews, rejections and Dutch cultural signals became structured inputs.
Facts, seniority, role identity and reviewer trust were separated and tested.
The method helped Marwan secure the job he was aiming for in the Netherlands.
He continues using DHAF for his own next career step and for people around him.
If this clarity changed one career, why keep the system private?
What DHAF protects
The best application is not the loudest profile. It is the profile a recruiter can trust and a hiring manager can use.
Facts remain facts. Possibilities stay clearly labelled.
Every opening gets its own decision logic.
A person still has to believe, interview and hire.
Market responses improve the next move.
Your career has a factual core
